I dont understand the hate for little caesars. Who even started it? Everytime I get a pizza its so gosh darn good. The dough is crispy, the sauce is phenomenal, and, it always comes out hot and ready. And the crazy puffs are super duper good. They have one of the best breadsticks in the game, probably the best. But one of the best fast food bread comes here. I think its called Italian crazy bread. I dont just understand the hate man, the inside of the place smells amazing.

I wanted to get a Slices-n-Stix with crazy sauce so I stopped here tonight after the gym. Realized it wasn't a hot n ready item anymore so went to the counter to order. The store was vastly understaffed, it looked like there were 2-3 employees. They were running around trying to make pizzas, ignoring the phones and the front counters trying to get online orders out the door. At the time I hadn't realized how long others around me had waited (there was a crowd of a dozen or so at one point), so I placed an online order. 15 min after the order was supposed to be completed, they handed me the wrong pizza. I told them, and they had to remake my pizza. In total I ended up waiting an hour from the point I ordered to the point I received my correct purchase. I don't entirely fault the employees, they were clearly slammed and didn't have enough help, but at least an apology for the mistake would have been appreciated. It is also worth noting that while this didn't directly impact my order, their self dispensing oven thing was not functioning correctly and had a bunch of pizza orders that were not marked as available. Ordered a single cheese pizza and 2 crazy bread at 6:56. Recieved my order at 7:21. After being told 7 minutes on the pizza. They gave out all the crazy bread while i waited and then had to wait on crazy bread to be cooked. Get it together smh. PIZZA IS NOWHERE NEAR RIGHT. UNDERCOOKED IN MIDDLE. HUGE BREAD CRUST? WHAT

All the order was wrong and the customer service is all messed up. They not understand English when I speak to them.the pizza is burn. In cheese bread is burned, too.

I always came here because the quality was better. This isn't even edible... Avoid at all cost. My two other pizza on my order is also not correct, passing off a regular pepperoni as an extramost and ordered cheese deep dish and it had pepperoni.
